3.4 Importing Leads & Launching

Leads Template:
The CSV must include the following columns:
FullName, Email, Title, Company, Country.
Optional fields: PhoneNumber, LinkedInURL.

Validating Leads:

• The system checks for valid email format, removes duplicates, and ensures FullName is non-empty.
• Rows failing validation show an error icon. You can download an Error Log CSV listing invalid rows.

Table Actions:

• Remove: Click the trash icon next to a lead to exclude it.
• Edit: Double-click a cell to inline-edit that lead’s information.

Launch Campaign:

• Once at least one valid lead exists, the Launch Campaign button becomes active.
• On click, a confirmation popup summarizes:
  • Number of personas
  • Number of accounts
  • Number of leads
  • Start date/time (default: now, editable)
• Confirming begins the outbound sequence—Intelous schedules the first email(s) according to your flow.
